Today’s Throwback Thursday at Musician Photo Journal, we take a look back at Judas Priest. The year was 2005 and they were on a North American Tour with Anthrax opening up. It was a powerhouse line-up that rocked old school! I remember, I had an interview earlier that day with Joey Belladonna of Anthrax, who was just a really cool down to earth guy. We grabbed a bite to eat after and then it was time for the show. It was my second time seeing Anthrax and my first time seeing Judas Priest. Both bands had a really tight set, showing off their true professionalism and talent – just overall real class acts.
The girl in me also really came out as I remember being in awe of Rob Halford’s jacket… wondering if I too could put spikes on the fridge of a leather coat. The silly things you remember. Enjoy the photo gallery bellow:
