Look out Syracuse, you know what time it is…. The New York State Fairground will once again be the host for the 15th annual K-Rockathon on July 31, 2010. Tickets go on sale Saturday June 12, 2010 with a limited amount of “early bird” tickets set at $30 each; once they are gone, the price goes up to $42. The early bird tickets are available at area NAPA stores, Bodified in Oswego and Comix Zone in North Syracuse.  Full ticket priced tickets are available through www.krockathon.com and www.ticketmaster.com.

The KRockathon is Central New York’s premier rock show and has been held at venues in Vernon, Syracuse, Oswego, Utica, and Weedsport, NY. Brought to central NY by WKLL (KRock 100.9 & 106.5fmin Syracuse  and 94.9 FM in Utica NY), the show features the some of the biggest bands in rock and metal. Deftones, Chris Cornell, Black Label Society, Staind, Papa Roach, Three Days Grace, POD, Social Distortion, Our Lady Peace, Shinedown and Butthole Surfers are just a small have full that have taken the stage at Krockathons past. This year will be pack full of amazing bands as well.
